Accident Recovery & Wreckers

When a vehicle leaves the pavement — nose-down in a ditch, rolled on the shoulder, or buried in the mud off a backroad — it takes more than a tow truck. Recovery is what Peanut's does best, and we bring the winch, the rigging, and the experience to get it out clean.

What you get

The call you make when a straight tow won't cut it

Recovery is a different animal than a tow across town. A car in a ditch or a truck on its side has to come out at the right angle, with the load controlled the whole way — or a bad situation gets worse in a hurry. We've been pulling vehicles out of the Pine Belt's ditches, fields and embankments since 1991, and we rig every job to protect what's left of the vehicle.

Tell us what happened and where it ended up when you call. We'll roll out with the winch and the gear that fits the job — a controlled cable pull up an embankment, or the careful righting of a rolled vehicle.

You'll get an honest read on the recovery and a firm price before we start hauling on anything. Even on a wreck, no surprise fees turn up on the invoice.

Included on every recovery

  • Controlled winch-outs from ditches, mud & embankments
  • Rollover righting and off-road recovery
  • Damage-conscious rigging, not a blind drag
  • A DOT-registered, insured carrier on the job

Where we shine

Recovery is our specialty

Ditch & Off-Road Recovery

Nose-first in a ditch or stuck off a muddy backroad? We winch it back to solid ground without tearing up the underside.

Winch-Outs

Buried in mud, sand, or a soft shoulder — we set up a controlled pull and bring your vehicle out the way it went in.

Accident-Scene Towing

After a wreck we clear the vehicle from the scene and haul it to the shop, the storage lot, or wherever it needs to go.
